Comparison between Field Data and NASA Ames Wind Tunnel Data
Corbus, D.; Nov. 2005; 20 pp.; In English Report No.(s): DE2005-860391; NREL/TP-500-38285; No Copyright; Avail.: National Technical Information Service (NTIS)
The objective of this analysis is to compare the measured data from the NASA Ames wind tunnel experiment to those collected in the field at the NationalWind Technology Center (NWTC) with the same turbine configuration. The results of this analysis provide insight into what measurements can be made in the field as opposed to wind tunnel testing. NTIS
