The European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS) published the ECSS-E-70-31A - Space Engineering Standard - Ground Systems and Operations - Monitoring and Control Data Definition standard, which defines the monitoring and control data that a supplier delivers together with a product to allow a customer to perform space system integration, testing and mission operations.
The requirements of ECSS-E-70-31A were defined in terms of what data is provided by the supplier to the customer. How this data is provided, such as the use of spreadsheet data or XML, is outside of scope, according to ECSS.
ECSS-E-70-31A assumes that missions conform to the following ECSS standards:
