Performance will begin on the U.S. Army Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support (FOCUS) contract.
General Dynamics Information Technology joined the Warrior Training Alliance team, comprised of Raytheon Technical Services Co. LLC, Computer Sciences Corp. and 64 additional companies.
The contract is designed to integrate the live, virtual and constructive training operations and support systems at Army installations worldwide, according to the Army's Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI).
Warfighter FOCUS supports the Army's modernization plan by fostering an immersive training environment, according to the PEO STRI.
To do this, the PEO STRI awarded the indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract to consolidate the operations, maintenance, systems integration and engineering support services for the Army's live, virtual and constructive training systems at combat training centers, home stations and in theater.
