Scope:
Identification
This document establishes the technical requirements for the
Orbital Space Plane (OSP) System, hereafter referred to as the OSP, or as the
System. The System consists of: a crew rescue capability; a crew transfer
capability; and the necessary flight and ground support to perform these
capabilities. The spacecraft, for both crew rescue and crew transfer, are to
be launched on an Expendable Launch Vehicle (ELV). Programmatic requirements
are not captured in this document.
