Scope:
This specification sets forth requirements for a modularly
expandable En Route Automated Radar Tracking System (EARTS).
This specification and referenced documents in Section 2
provides the minimum requirements for the design, manufacturing and testing of
the data processing subsystems and all the ancillary equipments necessary to
interface with the Government Furnished Equipment, in order to provide a fully
integrated and operating system.
