Scope:

This specification covers Buffer, Data TD-1065( )/G which is a data transmission unit providing 6/12 channels of communication. It contains transmit and receive sections. The transmit section buffers and inserts 6/12 channels of digital data into a single serial output bit stream. The receive section removes and regenerates 6/12 channels of digital data simultaneously. (See 6.1 and 6.7).
