Scope:
This instruction is intended to supplement, not replace or
duplicate other governing directives. To operate in compliance with this
instruction, a working knowledge of the directives listed as references is
required. No attempt is made to address waivers unless the waiver applies to
the entire NAVSTKAIRTESTRON.
Purpose. To promulgate standard operating procedures for
flight operations conducted by Naval Strike Aircraft Test Squadron
(NAVSTKAIRTESTRON), Patuxent River, Maryland.
