Scope:
The information contained herein is applicable to AOS
directives only, and augments the general standards governing the
organization, preparation, and revision of directives as contained in Order
1320.1.
PURPOSE. This Order provides the guidelines for issuing
system hardware, software, technical data, and facility modifications for
which Operational Support (AOS) is responsible. This Order shall also be used
as the primary guideline for preparing and formatting System Support
Directives (SSD), maintenance technical handbooks, and notices.
