Scope:
Purpose of This Notice.
This notice provides information about the issuance of a Letter
of Deviation Authority (LODA) for pilot training. These deviations
are issued by Flight Standards field inspectors using the automated
Operations Safety System (OPSS) in accordance with Title 14 of the
Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 91, ยง 91.319(h).
