Scope:

This document applies to all HOSC users, inlcuding Shuttle, International Space Station Payloads, ISS Engineering Support, and future HOSC users, as well as all HOSC Integrated Support Team (IST) personnel. These requirements are, in part, represented by the following documents:

• NASA Security Handbook, NH13 1620.3

• HOSC Functional Requirements and Implementation Plan, MSFC-PLAN-904

• MSFC Space Transportation System Personnel Reliability Program, MMI 8610.2A

• Space Transportation System Personnel Reliability Program, NMI 8610.13A

• Access to Limited Areas of MSFC, MMI 1620.7

PURPOSE. This document describes the processes and procedures associated with acquiring and controlling access to the HOSC. This document provides the security procedures and physical security requirements to ensure protection of property and mission operational activities conducted at the HOSC.
