Scope:
This document applies to all HOSC users, inlcuding Shuttle,
International Space Station Payloads, ISS Engineering Support, and future HOSC
users, as well as all HOSC Integrated Support Team (IST) personnel. These
requirements are, in part, represented by the following documents:

PURPOSE. This document describes the processes and procedures
associated with acquiring and controlling access to the HOSC. This document
provides the security procedures and physical security requirements to ensure
protection of property and mission operational activities conducted at the
HOSC.
