Scope:
The scope of the manual is restricted to consideration of the
possible hazards that are related to the use of radio and radar
frequency transmitters up to 40 GHz. It is not intended to cover
electromagnetic vulnerability (EMV), electromagnetic interference
(EMI), and hazards from the effects of electrostatic discharge,
lightning, nuclear electromagnetic pulse, and lasers.
