Scope:

Purpose. To revise policy and procedures for food safety procedures and practices regarding the handling and preparation of fresh fruits and vegetables for the Department of the Navy. This revision is consistent with current food safety procedures found in the Federal Food and Drug Administration Food Code and practices of other military services.
