Scope:
PURPOSE.
This order contains the standardized procedures and best
practices for flight inspection. Flight inspection crew deviations
from the standardized procedures and best practices set forth in
this order will be briefed prior to execution. This order applies
to the flight inspection of all National Airspace System (NAS) and
Department of Defense air navigation services and instrument flight
procedures.
