Scope:
Purpose.
To establish procedures for requesting and providing depot level Planner and Estimator (P&E) services.
This instruction is applicable to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), organic Depot Maintenance Activities (DMAs), Aircraft Controlling Custodians (ACCs), and Aircraft Reporting Custodians (ARCs).
