The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) standards collection contains more than 45 documents. Aerospace companies and projects using AIAA standards improve positioning, marketability, and reduce risk associated with air and space vehicles.

AIAA standards are applicable on both national and international projects. National standards are developed by Committees on Standards. International standards are developed in partnership with ISO. AIAA is accredited by ANSI.
